In October of 2024, we opened for business in Grand County, Colorado. Even though it may seem we haven't been open for very long, we hit the ground running as soon as we landed in the valley! Our owner and founder of the Grand Butler, Andrew has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. From a front desk agent in Washington, D.C. to an Area Operations Manager in Austin, TX, his expertise and entrepreneurship is guiding our company in the right direction. Making sure we stay true to our community in Grand County! As we operate to help and serve local homeowners, self managing short term rentals, and bed and breakfast hosts in the community we pride ourselves on dedication and cleaning perfection.
