Our Story
Rooted in Grand County. Growing Across Colorado.
In October 2024, The Grand Butler LLC officially opened its doors in Grand County, Colorado. Our journey began with humble yet essential snow and ice removal services—shoveling driveways and walkways to keep homes safe and accessible during the winter months.
Our founder, Andrew, brings over two decades of hospitality experience to the heart of our operations. From his early days as a front desk agent in Washington, D.C. to serving as an Area Operations Manager in Austin, TX, Andrew’s leadership and entrepreneurial spirit have shaped The Grand Butler into a company built on service, integrity, and community.
We remain deeply committed to Grand County, supporting local homeowners, self-managed short-term rental hosts, and bed-and-breakfast operators with reliable, detail-oriented service. By mid-May 2025, we expanded our offerings to include housekeeping, proudly taking on our first clients beyond our founding partners. Just a month later, we shifted our full-time focus to property caretaking and management, securing our first two properties in Granby, followed by additional listings in Fraser and Frisco.
Today, we manage eight active listings and operate our own direct booking site, allowing guests to save on unnecessary fees while enjoying a premium experience. We've also partnered with two vacation management companies to help oversee their operations in the valley, and have built strong housekeeping collaborations with Grand Mountain Rentals in Grand Lake, Portoro, and Fairly in Winter Park, Fraser, and Tabernash.
With a growing client base of over 30 homes across Grand and Summit Counties, The Grand Butler is proud to foster mutually beneficial partnerships and is actively exploring expansion into Steamboat Springs and other mountain communities throughout Colorado.
While our vision reaches new peaks, we remain grounded in the values and community that gave us our name—Grand County.
