Raffle Terms & Conditions

The Grand Anniversary Raffle Terms and Conditions 

The Grand Anniversary Raffle is open to participants who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these terms and conditions. By participating in the raffle, each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Raffle Schedule 

The raffle begins on November 5th and ends on November 15th. Winners will be announced on November 16th at 7pm through a random drawing conducted on Facebook Live or another live method. 

Eligibility 

The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. 

Prizes 

Grand Prize 

The grand prize includes a two-night all-inclusive stay at one of our select properties, covering rent, cleaning fee, and host fee. The winner will be given a selection of properties to choose from. Reservations will be created by the hosting site of choice, such as Airbnb, and guests will be required to pass an ID verification and/or background screen. 

Prize Details 

• Blackout dates do apply and vary by home.  Winner will receive a full list of homes available and the blackout dates for each home so they may decide which home they would like to book 
• Reservations must be made within 45 days of receipt. 
• The dates booked will only be honored for the next 365 days. 
• The winner is responsible for any additional fees or charges not covered by the prize. 
• The winner agrees to abide by the property's house rules and applicable to local laws or regulations. 

Second Prize 

One free Butler's Clean, valued up to $400. The prize must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. 

Third Prize 

A SWAG bag with various Grand Butler branded items, including 2 hoodies, 2 beanies, lanyards, and other items, valued up to $300. 

Prize Conditions 

The prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. In the event of any issues or disputes during the stay or prize redemption, The Grand Butler will work with the parties involved to resolve them. 

Winner Notification and Response 

• The winners will be notified by email. 
• The winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. 
• If a winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

 By participating in the raffle, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless The Grand Butler, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives.
